Smoke Free. All Arcadia buildings are smoke-free. No candles or open flames are permitted inside any building (except for monitored sterno burners used by a caterer).
Smoke Free. In the event that the premises of the Employer become "Smoke Free", the Employer a designated area in each workplace where smoking will be permitted.
Smoke Free. The entire building and, including the leased premises is considered SMOKE-FREE. The door entry ways are SMOKE- FREE. Landlord shall designate a Smoking Area and at Landlord's discretion may relocate Smoking Area. Tenant and tenant's invitee's shall refrain from smoking of any kind except in the designated Smoking Area.
Smoke Free. Landlord and Tenant shall each abide by all applicable ordinances and policies respecting a smoke free environment in the Building.
Smoke Free. No smoking is allowed inside the Facility. Renter will ensure that all cigarette butts and other refuse outside the Facility be disposed of properly. Trash left outside the Facility (including cigarette butts) may subject Renter to a cleaning fee under Section 11.1.
Smoke Free. Smoking is not permitted on CYC premises or grounds, this includes cigarettes and e- cigs. Please ensure centre users are aware that they must be away from the grounds and the main entrance gate. Please have regard for the centre and school children who will access and leave the centre throughout the day.
Smoke Free. Tenant acknowledges that this is a smoke free property. Tenant understands and agrees that any damage caused by or related to cigarette, pipe, or cigar smoking, any tobacco product or Marijuana whether recreational or medical, shall not constitute normal wear and tear (see Marijuana Addendum). Foothills may deduct from Tenant's Security Deposit for all damages and / or costs of cleaning or repairing damage caused by or related to any tobacco or Marijuana product. This shall include, but is not limited to: deodorizing the premises, cleaning the window coverings, cleaning, sealing and painting the walls, ceiling, ducts, vent and air handler cleaning, or deodorizing or replacement of carpets and pads.
Smoke Free. The CENTER has a smoke-free environment policy, including e-cigarettes, that is enforced in all areas of the building. This applies to all attending events as well as any additional personnel hired, such as DJ's, entertainment or any other personnel.
Smoke Free. The DeKalb County Community Foundation building and grounds are a smoke-free environment.
Smoke Free. The Premises is a non-smoking property. Tenant, all of Tenant's household members and guests, and all other persons under Tenant's control, shall not smoke or permit smoking anywhere inside the Premises, in any building on the Property, or anywhere else on the Property except for smoking areas designated by Landlord. The term 'smoking' is defined as inhaling, exhaling, breathing, burning, carrying, or possessing any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, or other product or similarly lighted product in any manner or in any form.
