ALPA Notes definition

ALPA Notes means the senior unsecured notes in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $650,000,000 to be issued by the Borrower for the benefit of the Air Line Pilots Association in accordance with the Plan of Reorganization and the Bankruptcy Restructuring Agreement referred to therein.
