Amended Security Documents definition

Amended Security Documents means the security documents listed in Schedule 2, Part I, C (Security Documents) of the New Senior Secured Facilities Agreement;
Amended Security Documents means the Senior Guarantee, the Senior Debenture, the Share Charge and the Inter-creditor Deed.
Amended Security Documents has the meaning set forth in the Renewal Note Agreement.

Amended Security Documents shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 5.
