Amendment to Appendix 1 can be made and acceptance of agreement authorised by the client in return of email.
This Amendment to Appendix A is dated as of [ ], 20[_], and made pursuant to Section 3.1 of the Master Development and Manufacturing Agreement (the “Master Agreement”), dated [ ] [ ], 20[ ], between Magenta Therapeutics, Inc.

The indirect costs shall be calculated at General’s overhead rate of twenty-five (25) percent or such indirect overhead rate for clinical studies as prevailing at the time an Amendment to Appendix A is made per Section 1.2 of this Agreement.
Benefits APPENDIX XX – MOA – Amendment to Appendix U.1 Health and Welfare Benefit This appendix was an agreement to extend the dates in Appendix U.1 MOA to January 1, 2026.
In addition, Appendix 1 attached hereto is hereby added to the end of the Agreement as Appendix 1 and any references in the Agreement, as modified by this Amendment, to Appendix 1 shall mean Appendix 1 attached hereto.
