Anchor Shipper definition

Anchor Shipper means a Shipper that has entered into an Agreement with Carrier prior to the commencement of construction of Carrier’s pipeline for a term of at least the Agreement Term for the transportation of Product pursuant to an Agreement, except where the Agreement specifies that the Shipper is a Contract Shipper for purposes of this tariff. Anchor Shipper includes its successors and assigns.
Anchor Shipper means a shipper as defined in Item 75 herein
Anchor Shipper means a Shipper holding an FTS Agreement utilized to support the initial certification of the System and entered into prior to the Commencement Date, under which such Shipper, unless otherwise mutually agreed by TIGER and such Shipper, holds at least 300,000 Dth/d of firm capacity for a minimum term of ten (10) years as a result of the terms of the precedent agreement pursuant to which the FTS Agreement was entered by TIGER and such Shipper.

  • Gatherer will not amend any gathering agreement with any Anchor Shipper covering the Dedicated Area without written consent of all Anchor Shippers on the Systems affected by the Amendment unless the amendment is expressly provided for in this Agreement, including, without limitation, amendments approved upon Shipper Supermajority Approval.

Anchor Shipper means a shipper that has entered into an Agreement with Carrier prior to the commencement of construction of Carrier’s pipeline for the transportation of Product. Anchor Shipper includes its successors and assigns.
Anchor Shipper means a Shipper holding one or more FTS Agreements utilized to support the initial certification of the System and were entered into prior to the Commencement Date provided that, unless otherwise mutually agreed, such Shipper must hold in the aggregate at least 150,000 Dth/d of firm capacity in Zone 1 and at least 150,000 Dth/d of firm capacity in Zone 2 for a minimum term of 10 years under such FTS Agreements; and provided further that such Shipper is not a Foundation Shipper.
Anchor Shipper means a shipper that elected to enter into a Commitment Agreement with Carrier for non-firm capacity (i.e., pipeline capacity that is subject to proration) in connection with the open season that commenced in September, 2016.
Anchor Shipper means the shipper under Transco’s Atlantic Sunrise Project that has executed a precedent agreement with Transco for 420,000 dt/d of firm transportation capacity under such project.
