Ancillary Documentation definition

Ancillary Documentation means all documentation which the Board specifies in an Invitation that a Participant must enter into and/or provide in connection with an Application for Options.

• On receipt of an Invitation, an Eligible Participant may apply for the Awards the subject of the Invitation by sending the completed Application Form and all applicable Ancillary Documentation to the Company (or its designated officer as set out in the Application Form) by the time and date specified in the Invitation, unless otherwise determined by the Board.

• Ancillary Documentation means all documentation which the Board specifies in an Invitation that an Eligible Participant must enter into and/or provide in connection with an Application for an Option.

• The mixture was centrifuged at 16 000 X G for 2 minutes, and washed once with cold 70% ethanol.

• This provision applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferrable.
