Ancillary Documentation definition

Ancillary Documentation means all documentation which the Board specifies in an Invitation that a Participant must enter into and/or provide in connection with an Application for Options.

Ancillary Documentation all certificates, guarantees, instruction manuals or instructions for use and all and any other information and documentation of every kind necessary to enable us to enjoy full and unrestricted benefit of the Goods or Services (as the case may be);
Ancillary Documentation means any and all agreements and documents contemplated under this Agreement to be executed on or before Completion.

  • Ancillary Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

  • Acquisition Documentation collectively, the Acquisition Agreement and all schedules, exhibits and annexes thereto and all side letters and agreements affecting the terms thereof or entered into in connection therewith.
