Ancillary Documentation definition

Ancillary Documentation means all documentation which the Board specifies in an Invitation that a Participant must enter into and/or provide in connection with an Application for Options.
Ancillary Documentation means all documentation which the Board specifies in an Invitation that an Eligible Individual must enter into and/or provide in connection with an Acceptance for SARs.
