Ancillary Terms definition

Ancillary Terms means the terms set out in Annex 1 of Framework Schedule 21 (Requesting Bodies and Ancillary Terms);
Ancillary Terms means the terms of the Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy and the Terms of Website Use. “Booking” means an order placed by you through the Site of a Subscription, Package or Course.

  • Should Guests which to participate in an Ancillary Event specific Ancillary Terms may apply.

  • Company may elect, in its sole and absolute discretion, to make certain Company Content available to Distributor pursuant to the applicable Ancillary Terms.

  • The Subledger information will be included in Exhibit A to the Confidential Agreement to Protect California Consumers’ Privacy Rights and Other Ancillary Terms executed in conjunction with this Agreement.


More Definitions of Ancillary Terms

Ancillary Terms means any additional documents or terms that Company and Distributor subsequently incorporate by reference to this Agreement, and any exhibits, variations or amendments to the foregoing made by the Parties as permitted herein. Any Ancillary Terms shall be set forth in Exhibit G.

Related to Ancillary Terms

  • Key Terms means, with respect to a Relevant Transaction and a party, the valuation of such Relevant Transaction and such other details the relevant party deems relevant from time to time which may include the effective date, the scheduled maturity date, any payment or settlement dates, the notional value of the contract and currency of the Relevant Transaction, the underlying instrument, the position of the counterparties, the business day convention and any relevant fixed or floating rates of the Relevant Transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, "Key Terms" does not include details of the calculations or methodologies underlying any term.

  • Relevant Terms and Conditions means terms and conditions relating to:

  • Ancillary service means a supplemental service that supports the diagnosis or treatment of the patient’s condition. Examples include diagnostic testing or screening services and rehabilitative services such as physical or occupational therapy.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Delivery Term Security means the Performance Assurance that Seller is required to maintain, as specified in Article Eight, to secure performance of its obligations during the Delivery Term.

  • Addendum means a written official modification to an IFB.
