ANNUAL ADMINISTRATION CHARGE. LL&A will deduct the amount stated in Section 1.5 from each Participant's Account each year on the last Business Day of the month in which his Participation Anniversary occurs unless the Contractholder pays the charge in a single payment. If the Participant's Account balance is less than this amount on that day, LL&A will deduct the entire balance from his Account. When a Total Withdrawal of a Participant's Account, as defined in Section 7.2, occurs on a date other than the last Business Day of the month in which his Participation Anniversary occurs, LL&A will first deduct the amount stated in Section 1.5 from his Participant's Account.
