Annual Incentive Plan Award definition

Annual Incentive Plan Award means the amount payable to an Employee each year, if any, under the Company’s Annual Incentive Plan, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, renewed or replaced from time to time.
Annual Incentive Plan Award means any compensation relating to services performed during any Plan Year, whether or not paid in such Plan Year or included on the Form W-2 for such Plan Year, payable to a Participant under the WEC Energy Group Annual Incentive Pay Plan for Non-Executives, as amended from time to time, or any successor to such plan.
