Annual Operations Report definition

Annual Operations Report means, in respect of each Project, an annual operations report for such Project substantially in the form of Exhibit E to the Common Agreement.
Annual Operations Report means a written report prepared by or on behalf of the Company in relation to a Fiscal Year, which report shall include all material information pertaining to the development and operations of the Project, including the following information for such Fiscal Year:
Annual Operations Report has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 8.1(b)(xi); "Applicable Claim" has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.5(a);

  • All reinsurance transactions for the year must be summarized and reported on the Annual Operations Report.

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Reconciliation Report refers to the Reconciliation Report as referenced in s. 3 of Reg 264/07 under LHSIA.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report, dated June 12, 2009, prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Golder Associated Ltd. and submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • City Ledger Report means a list submitted by the Contractor indicating on a daily basis its total number of sleeping room nights rented as well as the total number for sleeping rooms removed from its available inventory or rentals, for purposes of repair.

  • Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.

  • Detailed Project Report or ‘‘DPR’’ means the detailed project report relating to Station Development Project and Redevelopment Project attached hereto;

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, the state where Borrower’s chief executive office is located, the state of Borrower’s formation and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Annual Operating Expenses for the Class means and will consist only of the following operating expenses of the Series for the Class that are, under generally accepted accounting principles, accruable and deductible from the Series’ assets with respect to the Class for the calendar year involved: (i) investment advisory fees, if any; (ii) Rule 12b-1 distribution fees, if any; and (iii) custodian fees, shareholder servicing fees, administrative and office facilities expenses, professional fees, trustees’ fees and any other operating expenses of the Series with respect to the Class that are recorded or includable in the Series’ statement of operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Notwithstanding the provisions of the immediately preceding sentence, the Series’ “Annual Operating Expenses” for the Class do not include interest and dividends on securities sold short, amortization of organization expenses, taxes, brokerage commissions, litigation and indemnification expenses or any costs or expenses of or for the Series with respect to the Class that are “extraordinary” as determined under generally accepted accounting principles (see Accounting Principles Board Opinion No. 30).   • Project Report means a summary statement of the likely environmental effects of a proposed development referred to in section 58;

  • Operating Budget has the meaning given in Section 3.11(a).

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.

  • Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.

  • Assessment Report : means the assessment report referred to in Articles 32(2) and 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 drawn up by an independent third party fulfilling the requirements of ISO Standard 17011 or by a relevant competent authority, which includes information on document reviews, including the descriptions referred to in Articles 4(3)(b) and 11(3)(b) of this Regulation, on office audits, including critical locations and on risk-oriented witness audits conducted in representative third countries.

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.
