Annual Potential Payout Calculation Schedule definition

Annual Potential Payout Calculation Schedule or “Schedule” for a given full or partial covered year means the schedule established by the Committee with respect to this Grant as applicable for that year and setting forth the method by which the Annual Potential Payout Percentage will be calculated for that full covered year on the basis of the level of financial return from investing activities achieved by the A&L Unit compared to applicable Benchmark Performance Index for that year. The Limited-Year Annual February 2008 Potential Payout Percentage will be calculated for that partial covered year, if a partial or limited year calculation is required by the Agreement, on the basis of the level of financial return from investing activities achieved by the A&L Unit compared to applicable Benchmark Performance Index for the year-to-date period (using full quarters only) beginning on January 1 of that partial year and ending on the performance measurement date specified by the Agreement.
Annual Potential Payout Calculation Schedule or “Schedule” means the Schedule established by the Compensation Committee with respect to the 2012 Performance Units as set forth in Section 3.4 setting forth the method by which the Annual Potential Payout Percentage will be generated for a given covered annual performance measurement period, as specified by the Agreement, from the specified performance results for such covered period.
Annual Potential Payout Calculation Schedule or “Schedule” means the schedule established by the Committee with respect to this Grant setting forth the method by which (1) the Annual Potential Payout Percentage will be calculated for a given full covered year on the basis of the level of financial return from investing activities achieved by the A&L Unit compared to applicable Benchmark Performance Index for that year and (2) the Limited-Year Annual Potential Payout Percentage will be calculated for a given partial covered year, if a partial or limited year calculation is required by the Agreement, on the basis of the level of financial return from investing activities achieved by the A&L Unit compared to applicable Benchmark Performance Index for the year-to-date period (using full quarters only) beginning on January 1 of the given partial year and ending on the performance measurement date specified by the Agreement.

Annual Potential Payout Calculation Schedule for a given full or partial covered year means the schedule established by the Committee pursuant to Section 3.2 as applicable for that year that determines the method by which the Annual Potential Payout Percentage will be calculated for that year, or for the relevant portion of that year if a partial or limited year calculation is required by the Agreement, based on the levels of EPS Growth performance and ROCE performance achieved by PNC relative to the EPS Growth performance and ROCE performance of the other Peers remaining by the end of the relevant period.
