Anomaly Support definition

Anomaly Support means the support provided by Contractor to Purchaser for the first year after the date of the first successful launch of Spacecraft, as described in greater detail in Exhibit A.
Anomaly Support means all anomaly support Services necessary to support the operation and maintenance of each Satellite following their launch, including as set forth in Exhibit A.

Examples of Anomaly Support in a sentence

  • After Intentional Ignition, the obligations of Contractor in case of defects identified on a Spacecraft shall be limited to the performance of the Anomaly Support.

  • Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, after Intentional Ignition and during the service life of the Satellite, Contractor shall perform Anomaly Support as specified in Exhibit A, and in the event of any material defect, shall perform any repairs that can be affected from the ground and otherwise use best efforts to address the defect from the ground.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.

  • Support means assistance that individuals require, solely because of the affects of developmental disability, to maintain or increase independence, achieve community presence and participation, and improve productivity. Support is flexible and subject to change with time and circumstances.

  • Child support means that part of an Enhanced Child Restraint System by which the child can be raised within the Enhanced Child Restraint System.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Medical Child Support Order means any judgment, decree or order (including approval of a domestic relations settlement agreement) issued by a court of competent jurisdiction that:

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Contracted Services means covered services that are to be provided by the Contractor under the terms of this Contract.

  • Prosthesis means an artificial substitute for a missing body part.

  • SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Screening means the evaluation process used to identify an individual's ability to perform activities of daily living and address health and safety concerns.

  • Systems Engineering means preparing specifications, identifying and resolving interface problems, developing test requirements, evaluating test data, and supervising design.
