AP1000 Facility Information definition

AP1000 Facility Information means the information within Contractor's Scope of Work, in the form of electronic databases, documents, and drawings that pertain to Facility design, engineering, licensing, analysis, installation, performance, testing, operation and maintenance and shall be maintained by Contractor. Collectively, this information, either directly or by reference, shall reflect the current approved AP1000 Nuclear Power Plant associated with Contractor's Scope of Work at any point in time. A portion of this information, as defined in Exhibit A, shall be provided to Owner via an Information Management System (IMS).
AP1000 Facility Information means the information within Contractor's Scope of Work, in the form of electronic databases, documents, and drawings that pertain to Facility design, engineering, licensing, analysis, installation, performance, testing, operation and maintenance and will be maintained by Contractor. Collectively, this information, either directly or by reference, will reflect the current approved AP1000 Nuclear Power Plant associated with Contractor’s Scope of Work, including but not limited to applicable design work performed under the NuStart program, at any point in time. The deliverable portion of this information, as defined in Table 2 of Exhibit A, will be provided to Owners via an Information Management System (IMS).
AP1000 Facility Information means information in the form of electronic databases, documents and drawings that (a) is integral to the Facility design, engineering, licensing, analysis, installation, construction, performance or testing and (b) is necessary or useful for Owner’s licensing, startup, operation, modification and maintenance of the Facility, or training in connection with the Facility. The AP1000 Facility Information shall include the documents listed in Exhibit A, Table 2, and shall indicate the sources of each database included in the AP1000 Facility Information. From the Effective Date through Final Completion, the AP1000 Facility Information taken as a whole shall reflect the Facility constructed as a part of the Contractor’s Scope of Work.

  • The AP1000 Facility Information shall contain Facility deliverable documents and information, either directly or by reference.

  • If errors, omissions, ambiguities, inconsistencies, inadequacies or other defects are found in the AP1000 Facility Information, they and the related Work shall be corrected at Contractor’s cost, unless (i) such Work is performed on a Target Price Basis under this Agreement or (ii) such Work is performed on a Time and Materials Basis under this Agreement, in which case such correction shall be performed on a Time and Materials Basis without any profit component included therein.

  • AP1000 Facility Information shall be provided either in electronic form or in such other form as mutually agreed, consistent with customary practices for power plant construction projects.

  • The decision to repair, replace, redesign, modify or adjust will be made by Contractor with consultation from Owner and consistent with the quality and performance requirements originally applicable to such nonconforming Services, as specified in applicable AP1000 Facility Information.

Related to AP1000 Facility Information

  • Suitability information means information that is reasonably appropriate to determine the suitability of a recommendation, including the following:

  • Employee Liability Information means the information which a transferor is obliged to notify to a transferee pursuant to Regulation 11(2) of TUPE regarding any person employed by him who is assigned to the organised grouping of resources or employees which is the subject of a relevant transfer and also such employees as fall within Regulation 11(4) of TUPE;

  • Property Information has the meaning specified in Section 4.03.

  • Security Information means account numbers and/or Username as applicable, passwords and other information required to identify you for the purposes of you trading with us under this Agreement.

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.

  • Installation Information for a User Product means any methods, procedures, authorization keys, or other information required to install and execute modified versions of a covered work in that User Product from a modified version of its Corresponding Source. The information must suffice to ensure that the continued functioning of the modified object code is in no case prevented or interfered with solely because modification has been made.

  • National Security Information means information that has been determined pursuant to Executive Order 13526 or any predecessor order to require protection against unauthorized disclosure and is marked to indicate its classified status when in documentary form. Classified or national security information is specifically authorized to be protected from unauthorized disclosure in the interest of national defense or foreign policy under an Executive Order or Act of Congress.

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Third Party Information means confidential or proprietary information subject to a duty on the Company’s and its affiliates’ part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes.

  • Company Information As defined in Section 4(a)(i).

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Data Tape Information The information provided by the Originators as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor or the Purchaser setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Mortgagor's name; (2) as to each Mortgage Loan, the Scheduled Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date; (3) the Mortgage Rate Cap; (4) the Index; (5) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner occupied; (6) the type of Mortgaged Property; (7) the first date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (8) the "paid through date" based on payments received from the related Mortgagor;

  • Contractor's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, Contractor’s Personnel and suppliers of the Contractor, including IPRs, together with all information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential, including the Commercially Sensitive Information.

  • Location information means information concerning the location of an electronic device that, in whole or in part, is generated or derived from or obtained by the operation of an electronic device on a cellular telephone network or a location information service rather than obtained from a service provider.

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Line Information Data Base (LIDB) means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers.

  • Directory information means information contained in an education record of a student which would not generally be considered harmful or an invasion of privacy if disclosed. It includes, but is not limited to: the student’s name, address, telephone listing, electronic mail address, photograph, date and place of birth, major field of study, dates of attendance, grade level, enrollment status (i.e., full-time or part-time), participation in officially recognized activities and sports, weight and height of members of athletic teams, degrees, honors and awards received, and the most recent educational agency or institution attended. It also includes the name, address, and telephone number of the student’s parent(s). Directory information does not include:

  • Access Information means information that alone or together with other information, can provide access to any portion of Your Account, including but not limited to, Your Account number, login names, passwords, credit card or other financial information, security questions and their respective answers, and any other similar information. For the avoidance of doubt, Your Access Information will include any similar information for each of Your Users.

  • Supplier's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, Know-How, personnel and suppliers of the Supplier, including IPRs, together with information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential;

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Client Information means any data, information, software or other materials that you provide to Red Hat under the Agreement.

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Customer's Confidential Information means all Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel, and suppliers of the Customer, including all IPRs, together with all information derived from any of the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered to be confidential;

  • Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.
