Appeals Form definition

Appeals Form means the current standard form provided by us for VHCC Providers to use when submitting an appeal within the terms of this Specification. This form is available on request or on our website;
Appeals Form means that document that Settlement Class Members, the NFL Parties or Co-Lead Class Counsel, as the case may be, will submit when appealing Monetary Award or Derivative Claimant Award determinations by the Claims Administrator, as set forth in Section 9.7.
Appeals Form means that document that Settlement Class Members or Class Counsel will submit when appealing a Claims Program Award, as set forth in Section 7.10.

  • The clerk of superior court must complete the Expedited Juvenile Appeals Form within one business day after the notice of appeal is filed.

  • Notice of Appeal means a notice given pursuant to Condition 6.2.

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • Responsible Respondent means a Respondent that has the capability in all material respects to perform the scope of work and specifications of the Contract. In determining whether a Respondent is a Responsible Respondent, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Respondent’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Respondent’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Respondent and the best interest of the Agency and the State.

  • Plan Administrator means the plan administrator described in Article 8.

  • Claimants means any Persons who have submitted a Claim to the Receiver or to the Joint Liquidators.

  • Bid Application Form means the form as specified in Annexure II of this E-Auction Process Information Document;
