Approved Budgets definition

Approved Budgets means the Annual Budgets as the same shall have been approved by the Partnership as provided in the Management Agreement.

Approved Budgets means, as the case may be, each or any of the Annual Budget approved by the Members, including any Annual Business Plan so approved, and including, without limitation, the Annual Business Plan for the remainder of the calendar year in which this Agreement is executed.

Approved Budgets shall have the meaning given such term in Section 4.4.

More Definitions of Approved Budgets

Approved Budgets means the budgets approved by the applicable Owners for the operation of particular Facilities as further described in the applicable Management Agreements.
