Approved Option Plan means a stock option plan providing for the grant to employees and directors of the Company of (i) options to purchase up to 5% shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to the Company's existing plan.

  • Share Option Plan means any equity incentive plan of the General Partner, the General Partner Entity, the Partnership and/or any Affiliate of the Partnership.
