Appurtenant Areas definition

Appurtenant Areas means those areas and facilities on the property that are not located within the premises, or for which rights are expressly granted under this lease, or for which rights to use are reasonably necessary or reasonably anticipated with respect to the Government's enjoyment of the premises and express appurtenant rights (e.g. parking areas).
Appurtenant Areas means the area outside of the Stadium Footprint within the Stadium Site including the Stadium Parking Areas, the Plaza Area, the Promenade and Stadium Site Green Spaces.

  • Appurtenant Areas are defined as those areas and facilities on the Property that are not located within the Premises, but for which rights are expressly granted under this Lease, or for which rights to use are reasonably necessary or reasonably anticipated with respect to the Government's enjoyment of the Premises and express appurtenant rights.

  • The Property is defined as the land and Buildings in which the Premises are located, including all Appurtenant Areas (e.g., parking areas) to which the Government is granted rights.

  • The Government shall have the non-exclusive right to the use of Appurtenant Areas, and shall have the right to post Rules and Regulations Governing Conduct on Federal Property, Title 41, CFR, Part 102-74, Subpart C within such areas.

  • Unless otherwise specifically noted, all terms and conditions set forth in this Lease shall be interpreted by reference to the following definitions, standards, and formulas: Appurtenant Areas.

  • The Government shall have unrestricted access to the Premises 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and shall have the non-exclusive right to the use of Appurtenant Areas as defined in Section 2.01, Definitions and General Terms.

  • The Government shall have access to the Premises and its Appurtenant Areas at all times without additional payment, including the use, during other than normal hours, of necessary services and utilities such as elevators, restrooms, lights, and electric power.

  • Appurtenant Areas include, but are not limited to, parking areas and space located on the roof of the Building where telecommunications devices may be located.

  • The following definitions apply to the use of the terms within this paragraph: Property is defined as the land and Buildings in which the Premises are located, including all Appurtenant Areas (e.g., parking areas to which the Government is granted rights).

  • The Government shall have access to the Premises and its Appurtenant Areas at all times at no cost, including the use, during other than normal hours, of necessary services and utilities such as elevators, restrooms, lights, and electric power.

  • Property Defined as the land and Buildings in which the Premises are located, including all Appurtenant Areas (e.g., parking areas, wareyards, loading docks, aprons, loading ramps) to which the Commonwealth is granted rights.

Related to Appurtenant Areas

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.
