Aquatic Centre means the Adelaide Aquatic Centre

Aquatic Centre means the facility allocated by the Council and includes the pool, lanes, grounds, dressing pavilion and all fixtures, fittings, structures and facilities on or at the facility specified in the Application.

  • Where the UNA or the University believe that the principles or other aspects of outlined in this Schedule “F” are not being respected, the issue will be referred to the local facility advisory committee (e.g. Aquatic Centre Management Committee, University Athletics Council).

  • Lesson Cancellation Forms are available from the Swim School Office or online via the Aquatic Centre website.

  • The parties to this Agreement are committed to ensure, through an agreed consultative process that includes representation from the ASU and the AWU, that the Aquatic Centre and the North Adelaide Golf Course operates at a level of efficiency and cost effectiveness which, taking into consideration all relevant factors, compares favourably with external providers of similar services.
