Architect Consent definition

Architect Consent means a duly executed written consent of Xxxx, Xxxxxx Architects, L.L.C. to the assignment of the Architect Agreement to Lender, which is acceptable in form and substance to Lender.
Architect Consent means an Architect Certification and Consent Agreement executed and delivered by such Architect in favor of Agent and substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 1.1(a), as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.
Architect Consent means that certain Consent Agreement dated as of the Closing Date, by and among the Architect, the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.

More Definitions of Architect Consent

Architect Consent means any consents and agreements required pursuant to the terms of this Agreement to be executed and delivered by an Architect to Lender with respect to any Architect Agreements entered into by and between Borrower and any Architect, which, in each case, shall be, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. “As-Stabilized Loan-to-Value Ratio” means as of the date of its calculation, the ratio of (a) the sum of (x) the Outstanding Principal Balance as of the date of such calculation, and (y) the Mezzanine Loan Outstanding Principal Balance as of the date of such calculation, to (b) the “as-stabilized” value of the Property, as determined by an Appraisal ordered by Lender. “Assignment of Agreements” means that certain Assignment of Agreements, Plans, Licenses and Permits, dated as of the Closing Date, by Borrower in favor of Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time. “Assignment of General Contractor Agreement” means that certain Assignment of General Contractor Agreement, Consent of General Contractor and Subordination of Fees, dated as of the Closing Date, executed and delivered by Borrower and General Contractor to Lender, as the same may be amended, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof. “Assignment of Interest Rate Cap Agreement” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.7(a) hereof. “Assignment of Management Agreement” means any Assignment of Management Agreement and Subordination of Management Fees, entered into among Lender, Borrower and Manager in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1001, and/or a firm employed by Owner or Design-Build Contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.

  • Architect/Engineer means the person designated by the Commissioner to provide the Contract drawings and Detailed Specifications for the Work you are to perform.

  • Architect means the person or other entity engaged by the PHA to perform architectural, engineering, design, and other services related to the work as provided for in the contract. When a PHA uses an engineer to act in this capacity, the terms “architect” and “engineer” shall be synonymous. The Architect shall serve as a technical representative of the Contracting Officer. The Architect’s authority is as set forth elsewhere in this contract.

This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.
