Arrival Window definition

Arrival Window means the period of time during which a Service shall be Planned to arrive at its Destination;
Arrival Window means, in respect of each delivery pursuant to a Confirmation Notice, the range of time specified in the Confirmation Notice in which a valid NOR can be tendered by the relevant LNG Ship.
Arrival Window means, with respect to a given Confirmed Cargo, the ***** hour period of time during which the Shuttle Tanker carrying such Confirmed Cargo is scheduled to give its Notice of Readiness at the FSRU Site pursuant to this Agreement;

  • Such amendment shall be restricted to a change to the extent of the window in either or both of the columns headed "Arrival Window" or "Departure Window" of the Rights Table.

  • Where Notice of Readiness is given after the Scheduled Arrival Window, the Operator shall use reasonable endeavours to cause the LNG Vessel to be berthed and unloaded as expeditiously as reasonably practicable after such Notice of Readiness has been accepted by the Operator subject to other LNG Vessels with a higher berthing priority.

  • However, for DAP deliveries there shall be no Failure to Take if the Seller does not tender a valid NOR by expiry of the Arrival Window.

  • For DAP deliveries, Seller is obliged to tender a valid NOR within the Arrival Window.

Arrival Window means a period of two (2) consecutive days, the earliest day of which is the first on which a Vessel may tender a valid NOR to commence Cargo loading operations at the Terminal, and after the last day of which Terminal Operator is not obligated to accept an NOR.

  • Service Window means the time periods during the Service Period during which the Provider agrees to make Available, and provide in accordance with this Agreement, the Flexibility Services to the Company, as defined in Schedule 1;

The system response time consists of the delay time to the system and of the rise time of the system.

  • Host At Destination means the person with whom the Insured is sharing prearranged overnight accommodations in the host's home.

  • Delivery Time means the time for Delivery stated in the Purchase Order.

  • Delivery service means the providing of electric transmission or distribution to a retail customer.

  • 24 hours means a period of 24 hours including all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in both the place where the relevant meeting is to be held and in each of the places where the Paying Agents have their specified offices (disregarding for this purpose the day upon which such meeting is to be held) and such period shall be extended by one period or, to the extent necessary, more periods of 24 hours until there is included as aforesaid all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in all of the places as aforesaid; and

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Peak-Hour Dispatch means, for purposes of calculating the Energy and Ancillary Services Revenue Offset under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5, an assumption, as more fully set forth in the PJM Manuals, that the Reference Resource is committed in the Day-Ahead Energy Market in four distinct blocks of four hours of continuous output for each block from the peak-hour period beginning with the hour ending 0800 EPT through to the hour ending 2300 EPT for any day when the average day-ahead LMP for the area for which the Net Cost of New Entry is being determined is greater than, or equal to, the cost to generate (including the cost for a complete start and shutdown cycle) for at least two hours during each four-hour block, where such blocks shall be assumed to be committed independently; provided that, if there are not at least two economic hours in any given four-hour block, then the Reference Resource shall be assumed not to be committed for such block; and to the extent not committed in any such block in the Day- Ahead Energy Market under the above conditions based on Day-Ahead LMPs, is dispatched in the Real-Time Energy Market for such block if the Real-Time LMP is greater than or equal to the cost to generate under the same conditions as described above for the Day-Ahead Energy Market.

  • Travel Time is the time an Interpreter uses to commute to and from an Appointment. Travel time, if more than one (1) hour each way, is added to the total time of the initial Appointment request. See “Payment for Services, Travel Reimbursement” in Exhibit C – Bid Price for additional information.
