ASIC Relief definition

ASIC Relief means the modifications or exemptions which the Company and Xxxxxx may agree are necessary or desirable in connection with the Restructure. associate has the meaning given in section 12 of the Corporations Act.

  • Qualified Domestic Relations Order means any judgment, decree, or order, including approval of a property settlement agreement, that:
