Examples of Assistance Costs in a sentence
Assistance Costs means any expenses that extend beyond the first eight (8) hours (usual and customary costs) incurred by the Lender in providing any asset requested.
When reimbursement has been negotiated, the Borrower shall pay the Lender for all valid and invoiced Assistance Costs within sixty (60) days of receipt of the Lender’s invoice.
