Attainable Housing definition

Attainable Housing means a dwelling that has a base sales price determined to be available for purchase to an individual or household earning between 70%-100% of the Median Household Income as established by the U.S. Census Bureau as updated annually on September 1 of each year.

More Definitions of Attainable Housing

Attainable Housing means affordable housing or workforce development housing.
Attainable Housing means a residential dwelling unit that is restricted to occupancy by a person or persons with annual income(s) at or below either 60% or 40% of the area median income (AMI) for Douglas County, as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, for a period of thirty (30) years.
Attainable Housing means, for the purposes of this project, the full spectrum of housing from social housing to private or market housing. It refers to both rental and home ownership.
Attainable Housing means housing that is affordable to those households earning 81% to 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
