Authorised Account means the account specified by the Client to which the Bank transfer funds from the Cash Account. The Authorised Account is also the Current Account that the Bank maintains for the Client.

Authorised Account means Your account to which We transfer funds obtained from the sale of Your Investment Instruments and the returns from Your Investment Instruments.   • authorised insurer means an insurer that holds an authorisation to carry on insurance business for the purposes of Directive 73/239/EEC or that is otherwise entitled to carry on non-life insurance business in the State;
