Authorized Former Participant definition

Authorized Former Participant means a Former Participant who has submitted a completed, satisfactory Former Participant Claim Form with a postmarked date by the Claims Deadline, or electronically submitted online no later than the Claims Deadline, set by the Court in the Preliminary Order and whose Former Participant Claim Form is accepted by the Settlement Administrator.
