All subrecipients are required to comply with the requirements set forth in the government-wide Award Term on Reporting Subawards and Executive Compensation located at 2 C.F.R. Part 170, Appendix A, the full text of which is incorporated here by reference in the terms and conditions of your award.
In addition, the Award Term Incentive may be used for Orders under the Basic Contract.
Any equipment, material, or real property that Grantee purchases or improves with Grant Funds must not be sold, transferred, encumbered (other than original financing) or otherwise disposed of during the Award Term without Prior Approval of Grantor unless a longer period is required in PART TWO or PART THREE and permitted by 2 CFR Part 200 Subpart D.
If Grantee provides reasonable extenuating circumstances, Grantee may request an extension of the Award Term with less than sixty (60) days remaining.
Sub-Recipients are required to comply with the requirements set forth in the government-wide Award Term regarding the System for Award Management and Universal Identifier Requirements located at 2 C.F.R. Part 25, Appendix A, the full text of which incorporated here by reference in the terms and conditions of your award.
