Award Term definition

Award Term means the maximum period during which a Participant may exercise, purchase, or otherwise benefit from an Award granted under this Plan.
Award Term means the maximum period of time during which an Award may be earned, exercised or purchased as set forth in Section 6.7 below.
Award Term means the period from January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006.

  • All subrecipients are required to comply with the requirements set forth in the government-wide Award Term on Reporting Subawards and Executive Compensation located at 2 C.F.R. Part 170, Appendix A, the full text of which is incorporated here by reference in the terms and conditions of your award.

  • In addition, the Award Term Incentive may be used for Orders under the Basic Contract.

More Definitions of Award Term

Award Term means the period from January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.
