Notices we provide by posting on the AWS Site will be effective upon posting and notices we provide by email will be effective when we send the email.
We may provide any notice to you under this Agreement by: (i) posting a notice on the AWS Site; or (ii) sending a message to the email address then associated with your account.
Fees and charges for any new Service or new feature of a Service will be effective when we post updated fees and charges on the AWS Site, unless we expressly state otherwise in a notice.
You will pay us the applicable fees and charges for use of the Service Offerings as described on the AWS Site using one of the payment methods we support.
It is your responsibility to check the AWS Site regularly for modifications to this Agreement.
We may modify this Agreement (including any Policies) at any time by posting a revised version on the AWS Site or by otherwise notifying you in accordance with Section 13.10; provided, however, that we will provide at least 90 days’ advance notice in accordance with Section 13.10 for adverse changes to any Service Level Agreement.
Unless otherwise stated on the AWS Site, AWS will invoice Customer at the end of each month for all applicable fees and charges accrued for use of the Service Offerings, as described on the AWS Site, during the month.
Any notices provided by posting on the AWS Site will be effective upon posting and notices provided by email will be effective when AWS sends the email.
Third Party Content may be made available directly to Customer through the AWS Site or in connection with the Services.
AWS may provide notice to Customer: (i) under Sections 2.2 or 5.1 by (A) sending a message to the email address then associated with Customer’s account, or (B) posting a notice on the AWS Site, (ii) under Section 6.1 by sending a message to the email address then associated with Customer’s account, and (iii) under Section 2.1 by sending a message to the email address then associated with Customer’s account (or such other email address as agreed upon by the parties) or via a support case.
