BA Documents definition

BA Documents means with respect to any Bankers' Acceptance, such documents and agreements as the Canadian Lenders accepting the same may require in connection with the creation of such Bankers' Acceptance.
BA Documents means the Credit Agreement, each note executed by Borrower and payable to the order of a Lender, each Collateral Document (as defined in the Credit Agreement), the Agent Fee Letter (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and the Loan Guaranties (as defined in the Credit Agreement), each as amended or supplemented from time to time.
BA Documents means, with respect to any Bankers' Acceptance, such documents and agreements as the Primary Fronting Bank may reasonably require in connection with the creation of such Bankers' Acceptance.
