BAA definition

BAA means the collection of generation, transmission, and loads within the metered boundaries of the Balancing Authority. The Balancing Authority maintains load-resource balance within this area.
BAA refers to this Business Associate Agreement section of the Contract, in its entirety. Where the term “Contract” is used in this BAA, it means the Contract in its entirety, including this BAA. “Business Associate,” as that term is defined in 45 C.F.R. § 160.103, shall mean Contractor.
