HIPAA Data definition

HIPAA Data means any patient, medical or other protected health information regulated by HIPAA or any similar federal or state laws, rules or regulations. “Named User” means those Users designated and granted access to certain features of the Service by or on behalf of Subscriber, including its and its Affiliates’ Contractors on a named user seat basis, the quantity for which is as specified on the applicable Order Form. Such Named User seat licenses for the Services feature may only be used by the single Named User individual. Named User licenses may be transferred from one individual to another, but at any given time, no more than the specified number of Named Users shall have access to the Service feature. “Neo4j” means Neo4j, Inc. or its Affiliate which executes an Order Form that is governed by this Agreement. “Neo4j Technology” is defined in Section 4.1 (Neo4j Technology). “Order Form” means the Neo4j ordering document (and/or an SOW, if applicable) executed by both Subscriber and Neo4j which specifies the Services being provided by Neo4j and that is governed by this Agreement. “Professional Services” shall mean the consulting, configuration or other professional services provided by Neo4j to Subscriber under an Order Form or Statement of Work. “Receiving Party” is defined in Section 5 (Confidentiality). “Retrieval Right” is defined in Section 7.3 (Effect of Termination; Subscriber Data Retrieval). “Service” means a Neo4j Aura Enterprise

Related to HIPAA Data

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Privacy Laws means the Act; and the Information Privacy Principles set out in the Act or any "code of practice" approved under the Act that applies to any of the parties to this Contract.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.

  • Individually Identifiable Health Information means information that is a subset of health information, including demographic information collected from an individual, and: (a) is created or received by a health care provider, health plan, employer, or health care clearinghouse; (b) relates to the past, present, or future physical or mental health or condition of an individual; the provision of health care to an individual; or the past, present, or future payment for the provision of health care to an individual; and (c) that identifies the individual or with respect to which there is a reasonable basis to believe the information can be used to identify the individual.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).
