Examples of Basic Annual Rent in a sentence
Said Basic Annual Rent shall be due and payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments to be paid in advance on or before the first day of each calendar month during the term of the Lease.
Tenant shall also pay as rental (in addition to the Basic Annual Rent) all other sums of money as shall become due and payable by Tenant to Landlord under this Lease.
Tenant fails to pay any installment of Basic Annual Rent or Estimated Costs or any other sum due hereunder within ten (10) days after Tenant receives written notice of rent due.
If the Leased Premises shall be partially damaged by any casualty insured against under any insurance policy maintained by Landlord, Landlord shall, upon receipt of the insurance proceeds, repair the Leased Premises and until repair is complete the Basic Annual Rent and Additional Rent shall be abated proportionately as to that portion of the Leased Premises rendered untenantable.
Landlord shall have the same remedies in the case of a default in the payment of said other sums of money as are available to Landlord in the case of a default in the payment of one or more installments of Basic Annual Rent.
