Basic Price definition

Basic Price is defined in Exhibit A (Pricing).

Basic Price means the sum of the Airframe Basic Price and the Propulsion Systems Basic Price.

Basic Price means the price of Fly Ash excluding applicable taxes, duties & levies, which has been offered by the Prospective Buyer.

Examples of Basic Price in a sentence

• Landed price will be summation of Basic Price, Packing & Forwarding Charges, Excise Duty, Sales Tax, Freight, Inspection, Octroi, Supervision of Installation & Commissioning and other taxes & levies, loading etc, if any, reduced by cenvat/vat credit as applicable.

• Comparison of Financial Bids would be based on the quoted Basic Price in BOQ as mentioned in “Submission and Opening of Bids” quoted by the tenderers.

• In case any of the Cell in Price Bid Format pertaining to any cost element is left blank or shown as 0.00, then that Element shall be treated as Included in Basic Price/NIL and in case such cost is applicable/payable extra over the Basic Price the same shall be borne by the seller in the event of placement of order.

• Comparison of Financial Bids would be based on the quoted Basic Price in BOQ as mentioned in “Submission and Opening of Bids” quoted by the tenderers.THE DECISION OF THE WBMSCL AUTHORITY WILL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN THIS MATTER.

• Blank field in BOQ (Price Bid) shall be treated as ‘Inclusive’ in Basic Price of item.

Basic Price means price stated in clause 3.1(i).2.0 SCOPE OF SUPPLY IN TOTALITY 2.1 Supply, erection and commissioning (including designing, engineering, manufacturing, procurement of bought out items, civil and structural works etc.) of system on for Techno-commercial proven technology jobs regarding technical upgradation for improvement in working efficiency /modernization of following 10 co-operative sugar mills in specific areas to achieve technically targetted identified qualitative parameters in each sugar mill under the aegis of U.P.Cooperative Sugar Factories Federation Ltd. Lucknow on EPC basis (Supply, erection and commissioning including designing, engineering, manufacturing, procurement of bought out items, civil and structural works etc.) as per specifications and scope of work given in the bid document as per specifications and scope of work given in the bid document (Name of Sugar Mill: -------------------- , Uttar Pradesh as detailed here under for achieving the guaranteed performance parameters specified for each section (according to specifications etc. given in bid document forming part of this Agreement). The Seller shall also need to complete all associated electrical, mechanical, instrumentation work including all control rooms required for installation, commissioning of entire equipment within 8 months from the date of execution of Agreement. The Seller will be responsible for providing an efficient, reliable and state of art technology equipment. The specifications in this Agreement, attempt to define the scope and specifications. However, the onus of providing the appropriate equipment and auxiliaries for successful commissioning, proving performance and operation, entirely rests with the Seller, both for modification and units. The scope of work for the machineries and equipments and associated systems covered under the specifications will include, but not limited to the following;

Basic Price means the amount payable by Owner to Contractor for performance of Services , including labour charges, cost of materials, consumables, tools and tackles, construction equipment, insurance charges , margin, overheads and all other costs associated with the performance of Services , unless specified otherwise in Special Conditions .

Basic Price means the sum of the Airframe Basic Price and the Propulsion Systems Basic Price. as set forth in Clause 3. BFE Data has the meaning set forth in Clause 14A.3.2.1.

Basic Price means the basic price paid for the Coal which shall be calculated in accordance with Clause 5.2.

Basic Price means the Aircraft total price, effective on the date of execution of this Agreement contained in Article 3.1 or, in case of revision thereof, on the date of its revision.

Basic Price means the sum of the Airframe Basic Price and the Propulsion Systems Basic Price. Xxxx of Sale with respect to a Aircraft, means a xxxx of sale in the form of Exhibit E. Equipment has the meaning set out in Clause 18.1.1. Certificate of Acceptance with respect to an Aircraft, means a certificate of acceptance in the form of Exhibit D.

Basic Price means the total price for an Aircraft, effective on the date of execution of this Agreement contained in Article 3.1 or, in case of revision thereof, on the date of its revision.
