LifeStream will provide a copy of the final Facility plans and specifications, and any amendments, to the County upon the completion of construction. LifeStream agrees to assume the costs for construction, labor, utility, maintenance, and insurance of the Facility. This Agreement places no obligation on the County to construct or manage the construction of the Facility.
