The Bid Award protest will be immediately forwarded, with all supporting documentation, to the Contract Administrator.
All Awarded Bidders as a result of this Invitation to Bid shall submit a completed IRS W-9 Form within ten (10) business days of the Bid Award Notification.
Prior to Bid Award, the applicant shall submit a letter of verification to Mitigation Monitoring Coordination (MMC) identifying the Principal Investigator (PI) for the project and the names of all persons involved in the archaeological monitoring program, as defined in the City of San Diego Historical Resources Guidelines (HRG).
