Bid Spread definition

Bid Spread means, in respect of each proposed Replacement Reference Entity, a bid quotation (expressed as a percentage per annum) for the Swap Counterparty to act as protection buyer in respect of a credit default swap referencing such proposed Replacement Reference Entity based on the Standard Terms (the scheduled termination date under such Standard Terms being the same as the Scheduled Termination Date under the Relevant Credit Default Swap), for which the Floating Rate Payer Calculation Amount is equal to the relevant Delta Amount for such proposed Replacement Reference Entity.
Bid Spread means, in respect of a Replacement Entity and a Replacement, the bid price specified by the Structured Credit Desk of Swap Counterparty in its sole discretion on the Replacement Compliance Date in respect of such Replacement Entity and Replacement.
Bid Spread means in respect of an Original Reference Entity or a Merger Replacement Reference Entity, a bid side quotation (expressed as a percentage per annum) determined by the Calculation Agent in a commercially reasonable manner, as the price it would quote to act as protection buyer in respect of a credit default swap based on the Standard Terms set out for the relevant Reference Entity Category in the relevant Annex.
