Transfer of Benefits. Should a Relief, Seasonal, Temporary or Part-time employee obtain a full- time position, previous accumulated service will be considered when calculating the appropriate waiting periods for the purposes of benefit enrolment. Lieu pay, as applicable to Seasonal and Part-time employees, will cease upon the date of appointment to the new position.
Transfer of Benefits. Employees, if transferred to another position within this bargaining unit, may transfer remaining vacation and sick leave benefits.
Transfer of Benefits. Does not apply to Casual Employees With Less than Six Months Continuous Service.
Transfer of Benefits. Employees entering the employment of this school district who have a sick leave balance from another Washington school district or public school jurisdiction are entitled to transfer to this school district such sick leave balance that the employee may have accumulated in that former employment. The employee is responsible for notifying this District of such entitlement within thirty (30) days of initial employment and providing proof of such balance within ninety (90) days of initial employment. Failure to meet these requirements may disqualify the employee from making such transfer. These notification periods may be extended by the administrator responsible for human resources if this District fails to notify the employee of their entitlement at the time of hire or if the former district requires additional time to provide the necessary verification.
Transfer of Benefits. The Client must not sell, on-sell, exchange for valuable consideration, assign, licence, sub-licence, transfer, bundle with other goods or services, or otherwise commercially deal with any of the rights, benefits and entitlements contained in the Agreement (including, without limitation, any Tickets) without prior written consent of SATC, which consent will be exercisable in its absolute discretion and may include such conditions as SATC sees fit.
Transfer of Benefits. 46.01 Upon transfer from Parts I, III or IV of the Public Service or transfer to Parts I, or III of the Public Service
(a) An employee is entitled to transfer unused sick leave credits up to a maximum of two-hundred and forty (240) days credit;
(b) An employee is entitled to transfer unused vacation leave credits or to take cash in lieu, at the employee’s option;
(c) An employee is entitled to include the number of years continuous employment in the Public Service for purposes of calculating Vacation Leave and Retirement Allowance entitlements. The total number of years of continuous employment cannot be included when the employee’s terms and conditions of employment immediately prior to transfer did not include a retirement allowance provision.
(d) An employee is entitled to transfer accumulated pension credits where a reciprocal agreement exists between the two (2) plans.
Transfer of Benefits. 43:01 The Corporation agrees to transfer accrued sick leave credits, severance pay credits and vacation credits and all years of service used for the purpose of calculating long service benefits upon recruitment of an employee directly from the Public Service of the Province of Manitoba who are employed with the Public Service in accordance with Section 3(2) of The Public Service Act to the Corporation providing there is no break in employment.
Transfer of Benefits. 50.01 Upon appointment from another Part of the Public Service, or another Employer within Part IV of the Public Service, providing no break in service of more than 45 days has occurred, an employee is entitled to,
(a) transfer unused sick leave credits up to a maximum of 240 days credit;
(b) transfer unused vacation leave and/or non-instructional time credits, up to his maximum annual entitlement or to take cash in lieu, at the employee's option;
(c) include the number of years continuous employment in the Public Service for purposes of calculating vacation leave and retirement allowance entitlements. The total number of years of continuous employment cannot be included when the employee’s terms and conditions of employment immediately prior to transfer did not include a retirement allowance provision;
(d) transfer his accumulated pension credits to any other pension plan that is applicable according to the terms of the reciprocal agreement in effect.
Transfer of Benefits. In accordance with Hospital policy, employees shall be allowed to transfer available vacation and/or holiday benefit hours to another employee who is on an approved leave of absence who has exhausted their vacation, holiday and sick leave bank. This understanding is subject to the specific conditions set forth in Hospital Policy No. PR-017, dated 12-1-97 (revised 1-08-07). A nurse with a balance of eight hundred (800) hours of accrued but unused sick leave may transfer up to thirty-two (32) hours of sick leave in a calendar year to another employee who is ill on an approved leave of absence and has exhausted his/her sick leave.
Transfer of Benefits. Where employees with 8 or more years of CCS and who commenced service prior to January 1, 1994, are affected by a change pursuant to Article 8.1 of this Agreement and are unable to hold a permanent position in their bargaining unit or are required to relocate in order to hold a permanent position in their bargaining unit, Article 7.14, Options 1, 2 or 3 will be offered to senior employees in their bargaining unit in seniority order on the affected seniority list at the location of the affected employee.
