Bid Terms definition

Bid Terms has the meaning set forth in Section 10.7(b).
Bid Terms means, with respect to a Bid, the terms on which a Buyer proposes to purchase Seller’s Claim, which shall include the form of Purchase Agreement and any material modifications thereto as may be identified in Buyer’s Bid Message.

More Definitions of Bid Terms

Bid Terms means the terms and conditions in Schedule 1. Bidder Group means the Bidder and any of its Related Bodies Corporate. Bidder Indemnified Parties means the respective officers, employees and advisers of the Bidder and its Related Bodies Corporate. Bidder's Statement means the bidder's statement to be issued by the Bidder in respect to the Takeover Bid. Board means the board of directors of LinQ Capital. Break Fee means the amount of $800,000. Competing Proposal means any expression of interest, proposal, offer, transaction or arrangement by or with any person pursuant to which, if the expression of interest, proposal, offer, transaction or arrangement is entered into or completed substantially in accordance with its terms, would result in a Third Party:

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Bond Terms means these terms and conditions, including all Attachments which shall form an integrated part of these Bond Terms, in each case as amended and/or supplemented from time to time.

  • Terms of Use means any privacy policy, terms of use or other terms and conditions made applicable by BNYM in connection with the Company’s or a Permitted User’s access to and use of a Component System or a BNYM Web Application or other access site or access method.

  • Competitive Bid Accept/Reject Letter means a notification made by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.03(d) in the form of Exhibit A-4.

  • Standard Terms means the document titled ‘Service Agreement - Standard Terms’ version 1.1, published on the website at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.xx or such other website as We may from time to time notify You, as updated or replaced from time to time in accordance with clause 1.2(d)

  • Specific Terms The terms and conditions as set out in clause 34 onwards which apply in respect of the specific Equipment hired by the Customer.

  • Special Terms and Conditions means any special terms and conditions supplementing and/or amending these Terms and Conditions.

  • Relevant Terms and Conditions means terms and conditions relating to:

  • Template Call Off Terms means the template terms and conditions in Annex 2 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • Special Terms means the Section of the Contract entitled “Special Terms” that contains terms specific to this Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work and contract payment terms. If there is a conflict between the General Terms for Services Contracts and the Special Terms, the Special Terms shall prevail.
