Billing Options. You can pay your invoice each month via FACTS. Additional details will be provided shortly. If you do not pay using FACTS you must pay a $150 registration fee which will cover staff time needed to receive and process your payments during the school year.

Related to Billing Options

  • SARS means the South African Revenue Service.

  • Performance Stock means a Target Number of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10(a) of the Plan.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Performance Share Units means Performance Share Units granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 9.1(b).

  • continuous supply of services means a supply of services which is provided, or agreed to be provided, continuously or on recurrent basis, under a contract, for a period exceeding three months with periodic payment obligations and includes supply of such services as the Government may, subject to such conditions, as it may, by notification, specify;
