Biogen Technology means the Biogen Program Technology, Jointly-Owned Program Technology, Biogen Product-Specific Patents and any trademarks described in Section 4.1.6, owned, used, developed by, or licensed to Biogen or its Affiliates that is necessary or useful to Develop, register, Manufacture or Commercialize a Product.
Biogen Technology means the Biogen Know-How and the Biogen Patent Rights.
Biogen Technology means all Technology which Biogen owns or Controls as of the Effective Date and which is reasonably useful in order to research, develop, make, use, sell or seek approval to market Product.
Examples of Biogen Technology in a sentence
All rights in and to Biogen Technology not expressly licensed or assigned to Ionis under this Agreement, are hereby retained by Biogen or its Affiliates.
For the avoidance of doubt, (i) AGTC Technology shall be the Confidential Information of AGTC, (ii) Biogen Technology shall be the Confidential Information of Biogen and (iii) Joint Technology shall be the Confidential Information of both Parties, with both Parties deemed to be the Receiving Party.
If TMC terminates this Agreement under Section 10.3 or if Biogen terminates this Agreement under Section 10.2, TMC shall, at TMC's expense, return to Biogen all Biogen Technology furnished to TMC by Biogen, including any unused Biogen Inventory and UCB Material, and shall transfer to Biogen all TMC Technology generated in connection with the Product development and commercialization program.
In both instances, such review and approval will be conducted for the purposes of preserving the value of the AGTC Technology and the AGTC Platform, the Biogen Technology, the Joint Technology, the rights granted to each Party hereunder and determining whether any portion of the proposed publication or presentation containing the Non-Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information should be modified or deleted.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Agreement, as between the Parties, (A) Biogen will solely own all Biogen Technology, including all Target-Specific Technology and Product-Specific Technology, but excluding all Joint Technology; (B) C4 will solely own all C4 Technology, including all Assigned Platform Technology, but excluding all Joint Technology, and (C) both Parties will jointly own all Joint Technology.

Biogen Technology means all Technology, exclusive of the Biogen Gene Therapy Technology and the Collaboration Technology, which Biogen owns or otherwise has the right to grant licenses under as of the Original Effective Date or during the term of the Collaboration, which is reasonably necessary to either or both Parties in order to discover, research, develop, make, use, sell or seek approval to market a therapeutic product that comprises a Hedgehog-based Molecular Entity.
Biogen Technology means any and all technology, know-how and ----------------- rights owned or Controlled by Biogen or any of its Affiliates during the Development Period with respect to a specific Development Project contemplated under this Agreement to the extent the same directly relate to, are desirable for, or are necessary or useful for, the production, storage and/or marketing of one or more Products and are used or contemplated to be used in connection with Targeted's Development Tasks as specified in the Project Plan and Budget applicable to such Development Project.
