  • Promptly following the last business day of each calendar month following the Distribution, B&N shall provide BNED with one or more invoices that set forth the aggregate (a) Workers’ Compensation Reimbursement Amounts and (b) B&N Benefit Plan Costs Reimbursement Amounts incurred by a member of the B&N Group during such calendar quarter.
