Board Trustee definition

Board Trustee means a person appointed as a Member of the CITB Board by the Secretary of State.
Board Trustee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.1.
Board Trustee as used only in this Section 5.6 shall include, in addition to any Board Trustee, any other Person performing services on the Trust’s behalf and acting within the scope of a Board Trustee’s authority as set forth in this Trust Agreement.
