Booking Clerk definition

Booking Clerk means the person or persons within the GPFA responsible for confirming bookings of the Facility.
Booking Clerk means the City staff person responsible for issuing a Rental Agreement with respect to the use of a City Facility.

  • Cancellation of the hire must be sent in writing to reach the Booking Clerk not later than 30 days before the date of the event.

  • As directed by the Booking Clerk the Hirer shall make good or pay for all damage (including accidental damage) to the premises or to the fixtures, fittings or contents and for loss of contents.
