Boston Financial s aggregate liability during any term of this Addendum with respect to, arising from or arising in connection with this Addendum, or from all services provided or omitted to be provided by Boston Financial under this Addendum for all of Pioneer's funds subject to this Addendum, whether in contract, or in tort, or otherwise, is limited to, and shall not exceed the aggregate of the amounts actually received hereunder by Boston Financial as fees and charges, but not including reimbursable expenses, for all of Pioneer's funds covered by this Addendum during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the first event for which recovery from Boston Financial is being sought.

Pursuant to this Limited Power of Attorney, individuals holding the titles of Managing Director, Vice President, Compliance Officer, Compliance Group Manager, Compliance Manager, or Compliance Fund Administrator at Boston Financial shall have authority to act on behalf of the Funds with respect to items 1 and 2 above.
The execution of this Limited Power of Attorney shall be deemed coupled with an interest and shall be revocable only upon receipt by Boston Financial of such termination of authority.

Boston Financial s invoices with respect to this Schedule shall be based upon: (a) the number of workstations (whether such workstations are configured as Full Users or Casual Users) on which AWD Workstation Software is installed that have the ability to transmit, directly or indirectly, the AWD Data Center (the "Fat Clients"); plus (b) any servers in excess of those servers included in the workstation fee (the "Additional Servers"), plus (c) any workstations or users (whether such workstations or users are configured as Full Users or Casual Users) that are able to access the AWD Data Center or Client data or records maintained in or on AWD Software through an Internet connection (the "Thin Clients"); plus (d) the number of workstations or users (whether such workstations or users are configured as Full Users or Casual Users) able to access AWD Software through Metaframe software or any other similar product (the "Metaframe Users").

Boston Financial shall maintain individual Participant Accounts on its records on the DST TRAC System in the name of the trustee or custodian of the Plan, respectively, for the benefit of the individual Plan Participants. Boston Financial shall process all payment orders on the basis of the account numbers contained in the payment order. In the event of a discrepancy between any name indicated on the payment order and the account number, the account number shall take precedence and govern.

Boston Financial shall assume no responsibility for failure to detect any erroneous payment order, provided that Boston Financial complies with payment order instructions as received and Boston Financial complies with the Security Procedure. The Security Procedure is established for the purpose of authenticating payment orders only and not for the detection of errors in payment orders.

Boston Financial shall promptly notify an authorized officer of the Fund in writing of any and all legal actions received by or served on Boston Financial and shall use its best efforts to promptly notify the Fund of all contacts and/or correspondence received by Boston Financial from any regulatory department or agency or other governmental authority purporting to regulate the Fund and not Boston Financial, regarding Boston Financial' duties and activities performed in connection with this Agreement, and will cooperate with the Fund in responding to these contacts and any necessary correspondence.
