Bouroum Lands definition

Bouroum Lands means all of the land included in the Bouroum Permit, being approximately 11.7 square kilometers, which land is more particularly described in Schedule A attached hereto.
Bouroum Lands means all of the land included in the Bouroum Permit, being approximately 11.7 square kilometers, which land is more particularly described in Schedule A attached hereto. “Bouroum Permit” means Decree No. 2005-342/PRES/PM/MCE/MFB issued by the Government of the Republic of Burkina Faso on June 21, 2005, a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule A. “Government” means the Government of the Republic of Burkina Faso, including, without limitation, the executive, legislative and judicial branches thereof, including, without limitation, the Ministry for Energy and Mines. “Somita’s Account” means Somita’s metals account at Citibank NA in London, England, or such other metals account as Somita may hereafter establish. “Interests” means the Tail Royalty Equivalent and the Milling Fee Equivalent, collectively. “Lands” means the Bouroum Lands and the Taparko Lands. “Milling Fee Equivalent” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2. “Month” means a calendar month. “Tail Royalty Equivalent” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1. “Taparko – Bouroum Project” means development and exploitation of the Taparko Lands and the Bouroum Lands for production of gold and associated precious metals, including construction of a mine, support facilities and the Taparko Processing Facility. Related to Bouroum Lands

  • Lands means the purchase of real property or interest in real property.

  • Crown lands has the same meaning as is given to that term by the Land Act;

  • Land means the land described in Exhibit A.

  • Subject Lands means the lands subject to or covered by the oil and gas leases described in Exhibit A, insofar and only insofar as they are located within the AMI Area and cover the Target Formation, subject to the exceptions, exclusions and reservations set forth on such Exhibit A.

  • adjacent land means all land that borders a property and all land that would have bordered a property, if they were not separated by a river, road, railway line, power transmission line, pipeline, or a similar feature;

  • Adjoining Property means all sidewalks, driveways, curbs, gores and vault spaces adjoining any of the Leased Premises.

  • mining area means all those pieces of land containing two hundred and forty‑six (246) square miles or thereabouts situate in what is known to the parties as the “Xxx Xxxxx‑Siberia Nickel Laterite Area” the subject of the mineral claims applications for mineral claims and Temporary Reserves listed in the First Schedule hereto which are generally delineated and respectively coloured green and orange and red in the plan marked “X” signed by or on behalf of the parties for the purpose of identification;

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Indian lands means lands owned by the United States and held for the use or benefit of Indian tribes or bands or individ- ual Indians and lands within the boundaries of a federally recog- nized reservation that are owned by Indian tribes or bands or indi- vidual Indians.

  • Adjacent means either immediately contiguous to or abutting a neighboring property, lot or walkway, and excludes property, lots, or walkways across the street from, or diagonally opposite across an intersection from the subject property, lot, or walkway.

  • Crown land means land in which there is a Crown interest or a Duchy interest;

  • Tribal lands means all lands within the exterior boundaries of any Indian reservation and all dependent Indian communities.

  • the Land means the land (including for the avoidance of doubt all buildings, structures landscaping and other erections) situated at and known as Xxxxxxx School Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx XX00 0XX and registered under Title Number WT292137;

  • Mining Property means a property used for mining operations as defined in the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (Act No. 28 of 2002);

  • Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital XV of this Deed and which is more fully and particularly described in the Second Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – B hereto;

  • communal land means land under the jurisdiction of a traditional council determined in terms of section 6 of the Eastern Cape Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, (Act 4 of 2005) and which was at any time vested in -

  • Timberlands means all the timberlands from time to time owned by the Loan Parties.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • Shopping Centre means a grouping of commercial retail outlets which have been designed, developed and managed as a unit by a single owner or group of owners or tenants located on the same lot or lots with a frontage not less than 45 metres and having common on-site parking;

  • Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).

  • Leased Land means land which is the subject of a lease granted under section 60 or 93G; S. 3 def. of "lessee" amended by No. 39/1997 s. 4(2)(b).

  • Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);

  • Quarry means a pit, excavation, or other place made by any means for the purpose of removing Construction Materials or a site identified for such purposes, and includes works, machinery, plants, and buildings below or above ground belonging to or used in connection with a Quarry.
