Sensitive Personal Information. “Sensitive Personal Information” shall mean an individual’s first name or first initial and last name in combination with any one or more of the following items, if the name and the items are not encrypted: a) social security number; driver’s license number or government-issued identification number; or account number or credit or debit card number in combination with any required security code, access code, or password that would permit access to an individual’s financial account; or b) information that identifies an individual and relates to: the physical or mental health or condition of the individual; the provision of health care to the individual; or payment for the provision of health care to the individual.
Sensitive Personal Information. Regulated data n. Information excepted from disclosure requirements of Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code (“Texas Public Information Act”) or other applicable state or federal law
Sensitive Personal Information refers to personal information:
i. About an individual's race, ethnic origin, marital status, age, color and religious, philosophical or political affiliations;
ii. About an individual's health, education, genetic or sexual life of a person, or to any proceeding for any offense committed or alleged to have been committed by such individual, the disposal of such proceedings, or the sentence of any court in such proceedings;
iii. Issued by government agencies peculiar to an individual which includes, but is not limited to, social security numbers, previous or current health records, licenses or its denials, suspension or revocation, and tax returns; and
iv. Specifically established by an executive order or an act of Congress to be kept classified.
Sensitive Personal Information. Customer may not submit the following types of information to the SAP Cloud Service or solicit such information from trading partners: (a) information regulated under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (U.S. government regulations addressing defense-related articles and services); or (b) “Sensitive Personal Information” defined for this purpose as (i) government identification numbers or financial account numbers associated with individual persons (e.g. U.S. Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or personal credit card or banking account numbers), (ii) medical records or health care claim information associated with individuals, including claims for payment or reimbursement for any type of medical care for an individual, and (iv) data designated as “Sensitive” or “Special Category” or the like requiring extra protective measures under the applicable Data Protection Law (as defined in the Data Protection Agreement).
Sensitive Personal Information. Customer agrees not to use the Licensed Services to collect, process, or store any Sensitive Personal Information. Customer agrees not to transmit, disclose, or make available Sensitive Personal Information to Impartner, or to Impartner’s third-party service providers pursuant to its relationship with Impartner. For purposes of this provision, Sensitive Personal Information shall have the definition ascribed to it under the CCPA and shall include “special categories of personal data” as defined by the GDPR.
Sensitive Personal Information. It may also benefit you to notify us of any health condition or disability you have, so that we are aware of these conditions and how they affect you. This will allow us to take any reasonable steps to accommodate specific needs or requirements you have when providing our services to you. This type of information is known as “special category information”, also referred to as ‘sensitive personal data’. We require your explicit consent to process this data. Under data protection legislation, you have several rights regarding the use of your personal information as follows: ● If at any point you wish to either confirm whether your personal information is being processed and/or access the information we hold on you, you can request to see this information. We will respond to any request within one month. ● You are entitled to have your data corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete. ● You are entitled to have information deleted if it is no longer needed or there is no longer a legitimate reason for the processing of it. ● You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information (note that this only provides you with the right to raise your objections and is not a blanket right to have any and all processing ceased).
Sensitive Personal Information. To the extent this subsection does not conflict with the subsection entitled “General Confidentiality Requirements,” Contractor must comply with both subsections. To the extent this subsection conflicts with the subsection entitled “General Confidentiality Requirements,” this subsection entitled “Sensitive Personal Information” controls. “Sensitive personal information” is defined as follows:
a. An individual’s first name or first initial and last name in combination with any one or more of the following items, if the name and the items are not encrypted:
i. Social security number
ii. Driver’s license number or government-issued identification number, or
iii. Account number or credit or debit card number in combination with any required security code, access code, or password that would permit access to an individual’s financial account, or
b. Information that identifies an individual and relates to:
i. physical or mental health or condition of the individual
ii. provision of health care to the individual; or
iii. Payment for the provision of health care to the individual
Sensitive Personal Information. The Sensitive Personal Data section of the General Terms does not apply to Customer’s use of Acrobat Sign. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer specifically acknowledges and agrees that in connection with Xxxxxxxx’s use of Acrobat Sign:
7.1 Customer is solely responsible for compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”), if applicable, including not collecting information from children under the age of thirteen without first obtaining parental consent;
7.2 Customer must not to collect, process, or store any protected health information, electronic or otherwise, pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (“HITECH”), unless Customer has entered into a Business Associate Agreement with Adobe for Acrobat Sign Solutions; and
7.3 Customer is solely responsible for compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”), if applicable. PCI DSS prohibits using Acrobat Sign Solutions to store Sensitive Authentication Data, including Card Verification Code or Value after authorization, even if encrypted. Capitalized terms in this section are defined in the PCI DSS.
Sensitive Personal Information. Client shall not make available to Guestline any Sensitive Personal Information. “Sensitive Personal Information” means any information that
Sensitive Personal Information. Sensitive Personal Information (“SPI”) is given the meaning under relevant privacy or data protection laws relating to this term or any similar term (such as "sensitive personal data") used in the laws, including, without limitation, the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (including Protected Health Information), US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. Examples of Sensitive Personal Information include, but are not limited to, personal financial information (including personal financial account information), sexual orientation, personal medical or health information, personal information of children under thirteen, personal education records, and social security, national identity, national insurance, and similar personal identifiers. Licensee represents and warrants, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5 of this Agreement, it will not upload into the DataSelf Cloud, or otherwise provide for processing by the DataSelf Cloud, any SPI, and that pursuant to Section 12.1, no liability shall inure to Licensor with respect to any SPI. Each party will perform its respective rights and obligations under this Agreement in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations.
