Bulk Input Instructions definition

Bulk Input Instructions means instructions that are input by bulk input computer tape delivered to Custodian by messenger or transmitted to it via such transmission mechanism as the Trust and Custodian shall from time to time agree upon.
Bulk Input Instructions means instructions in respect of your Activities in the form of bulk input computer data delivered to XX Xxxxxx by messenger or transmitted to XX Xxxxxx via such transmission mechanism as the parties shall agree upon from time to time.

More Definitions of Bulk Input Instructions

Bulk Input Instructions means instructions that are input by bulk input computer tape delivered to Bear Xxxxxxx by messenger or transmitted to Bear Xxxxxxx via such transmission mechanism as you and Bear Xxxxxxx shall agree upon from time to time. All instructions must be completed in accordance with our requirements, as established from time to time, as to the content of instructions and their manner and timeliness of delivery.

  • Proper Instruction means a writing signed or initialed by one or more person or persons as the Board shall have from time to time authorized.   • Transfer Agent Instructions means, with respect to the Company, the Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions, in the form of Exhibit E, executed by the Company and delivered to and acknowledged in writing by the Transfer Agent.
