Business Revenue definition

Business Revenue means (a) in the case of the Series A Exchangeable Preferred Limited Partnership Interest, the consolidated revenue of Newmark and its Subsidiaries for the three-month period ended September 30, 2019, as disclosed on Newmark’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2019 and (b) in the case of the Series B Exchangeable Preferred Limited Partnership Interest, the consolidated revenue of Newmark and its Subsidiaries for the three-month period ended September 30, 2020, as disclosed on Newmark’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2020.
Business Revenue means the consolidated cash revenues of the Companies and their Subsidiaries, net of all refunds and rebates, determined in accordance with the Applicable Accounting Principles applied consistently with the past practices of the Companies and their Subsidiaries (to the extent that such past practices were consistent with the Applicable Accounting Principles); provided that Business Revenue attributable to customers in India for the applicable period identified herein (determined on an annualized basis) shall not exceed 115% of the Business Revenue attributable to customers in India for the period from October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013.
Business Revenue means the revenue for the Company Business as determined by GAAP.
