  • In addition to the above, Customer shall supply CA Personnel with suitable office and work space, and normal office equipment and support, adequate computer resources (including necessary rights to third party software), internet, telephone and facsimile support as necessary to perform the Services.

  • A copy of this policy will be distributed to all CA Personnel promptly following the adoption of or amendments to this policy, and at such time as a person becomes a member of CA Personnel.

  • On occasion, government auditors or investigators may contact individual CA Personnel directly.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.
