Likewise on the Call Off Expiry Date the Supplier shall be responsible for the removal of all relevant Supplier Equipment from the Sites and/or any Customer Premises, including the cost of packing, carriage and making good the Sites and/or the Customer Premises following removal.
The Customer shall be entitled to require the provision of Termination Assistance at any time during the Call Off Contract Period by giving written notice to the Supplier (a "Termination Assistance Notice") at least four (4) months prior to the Call Off Expiry Date or as soon as reasonably practicable (but in any event, not later than one (1) month) following the service by either Party of a Termination Notice.
