Call Off Extension Period definition

Call Off Extension Period means such period or periods up to a maximum of the number of years in total as may be specified by the Customer, pursuant to Clause 5.2 and in the Call Off Order Form;
Call Off Extension Period means the extension term of this Call Off Contract from the end date of the Call Off Initial Period to the end date of the extension period stated in the Order Form;
Call Off Extension Period means such period or periods up to a maximum of the number of years in total as may be specified by the Contracting Authority, pursuant to Clause 5.2 and in the Call Off Order Form;

Examples of Call Off Extension Period in a sentence

  • Where the Customer has specified a Call Off Extension Period in the Call Off Order Form, the Customer may extend this Call Off Contract for the Call Off Extension Period by providing written notice to the Supplier before the end of the Initial Call Off Period.

  • Where a Buyer invokes the Call Off Extension Period, the minimum period of notice for without reason termination, per Shared Data Bundle, shall be extended to 36 months minus the number of months such Shared Data Bundle has been connected under the Call-Off Contract.

More Definitions of Call Off Extension Period

Call Off Extension Period means the extension term of this Call Off Contract from the end date of the Call Off Initial Period to the end date of the extension period stated in the Order Form; [Call Off Guarantee means a deed of guarantee in favour of the Customer in the form set out in Framework Schedule 13 (Guarantee) granted pursuant to Clause 7 (Call Off Guarantee);

Additional Clauses: means the additional Clauses in Call Off Schedule 14 (Alternative and/or Additional Clauses) and any other additional Clauses set out in the Call Off Order Form or elsewhere in this Call Off Agreement . Affected Party: means the party seeking to claim relief in respect of a Force Majeure. Affiliates: has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 1 (Definitions). Approval: means the prior written consent of the Customer and “Approve” and “Approved” shall be construed accordingly. Approved Sub- Licensee: “means any of the following: a) a Central Government Body. b) any third party providing goods and/or services to a Central Government Body. In accordance with Clause 1 (Definitions and Interpretation) of this Call Off Agreement including its recitals the following expressions shall have the following meanings: Achieve: means in respect of a Test, to successfully pass such Test without any Test Issues in accordance with the Test Strategy Plan and in respect of a Milestone, the issue of a Satisfaction Certificate in respect of that Milestone and “Achieved”, “Achieving” and “Achievement” shall be construed accordingly.
